WA27 Tour Overview - Tour Dates: Tuesday, 30 March – Sunday, 4 April 2027. - Eligibility: All current U15 and U16 playersn (will be U16 and U17 in 2027). - Key Event in 2026: Night game against Carine Junior Football Club at Beale Thursday, 9 July 2026   Estimated Inclusions & Cost:  The total estimated cost is $2,000 per player, which includes: - Travel & Stay: Group flights and 5 nights of accommodation. - Football: Training/gym sessions and a game against CJFC. - Experience: AFL game, Optus Stadium tour, beach days, and sightseeing. - Gear: Merch pack (backpack, singlet, polo). - Food: 5 days of breakfast and dinner.   Funding & Logistics - Payment: Costs will be covered through a mix of parent payments, sponsorships (merch/socials advertising), and fundraising (BBQs, raffles, and events). - Attendance Options: Players can travel solo with chaperones, or families can attend either as part of the group or independently. - Accommodation: Beatty Lodge for group stays.   Action Items - Register: Confirm attendance via this link - Deposit: Pay a $100 non-refundable deposit by Friday, 24 April (this will be invoiced separately once you have confirmed your attendance). - Volunteer: Advise if family members are attending or interested in chaperoning
